Our Aunties are experienced Family Management Professionals who bring practical household support, professional experience and life wisdom, with a listening ear, advice and mentoring when welcomed.

Cultural fluency, mutual respect and thoughtful matching are central to the experience. We begin with the needs of families in mind, supporting mothers, fathers and partners.

We help both families and Aunties agree on the right support, schedule, booking and payment details.

Hello. My name is De J. Lozada. I’m a mom of two now-grown sons, a widowed wife, and a first-time grandmother.

My husband and I were married for 30 years before his death. I’m certain that, if God and the Universe had allowed it, we would have made it at least another 30.

As a military spouse, I often spent months, and sometimes years, carrying the full responsibility of running our household while my husband was away. Those experiences gave me a deep understanding of what it feels like to be overwhelmed without a trusted network nearby to lend a hand when you need it most.

That’s why I created LikeKin. I believe every strong household deserves support from people who are deeply invested in its success. Our Aunties are mature women with real lived experience who bring dependable support and relief to parents and caregivers stretched thin by everyday life.

When you find your Auntie, you do more than hire a helper. You begin building a relationship with someone who can be there for you like family.
